At ATTOMO DIGITAL we take the privacy of your data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process and its source

We only process the data you voluntarily provide to us through the forms on the Website:

- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company and any information you include in your message.

- Newsletter subscription: email address. We do not collect special categories of data or carry out profiling that produces legal effects.

4. Retention period

Data will be retained for as long as the relationship with the user continues and its erasure has not been requested and, where applicable, for the legally required periods to address any potential liabilities. Newsletter data will be retained until you withdraw your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

6. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights by writing to equipo@attomo.digital, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document:
