**Why and why did they choose to work with ATTOMO?**
 
They were looking for a technology partner to help them scale their business by betting on a robust and flexible digital strategy. This is when ATTOMO came into the picture.
 
GVRE was working with Salesforce as a CRM tool where many times the functionalities of the product were not adapted to the real needs of the team. In addition, they had a website built on Wordpress completely decoupled from the CRM, something that made it impossible to unify their operating stack, something for which they had been fighting for years with different technology providers.
 
The project arose from GVRE's need to unify their technological systems, modernize their web platform and improve their backoffice processes. When we met with them for the first time we tried to understand how the company's day-to-day business was, how they managed ads, customers, requests... for us it is essential to understand how the customer thinks in order to offer the best solutions.
 
After several joint work sessions to define the functional design of the GVRE management tool, ATTOMO starts with the design and development of a customized CRM.
 
The first phase of the project lasted one month, during which we carried out the ad hoc design of all the CRM functionalities, both at data and visual level. For this we relied on Figma. After this and during the second phase of the project, we proceeded to the development of the technological layer of the CRM.
 
Once the CRM was ready and validated, both functionally and visually, we started with the last phase of the project. The complete migration and redesign of the corporate website, providing it with new functionalities and integrating it via API with the CRM.
 
In this way, in addition to increasing the number of customers who visit their website and their conversion, we have also made their internal work more efficient, as previously the consultants had to do twice as much work, as they had to upload the information to the website and the CRM separately... 
 
Thanks to this project, GVRE now has a technological stack ready to grow, which allows consultants to perform their tasks much more efficiently.

## A customized CRM for the management of clients of a luxury real estate company
 
GVRE is a luxury real estate agency managed by specialized architects. Under the philosophy that the client is their best partner, they offer a very personalized search service, so that the offers are perfectly adapted to the needs of the buyers.

**Why and why did you choose to work with ATTOMO?**
 
VIVLA came to ATTOMO because of an urgent need for growth, since its business model is as revolutionary as it is unprecedented in a sector that still does not know how its project should be.
 
In this eagerness to make their brand known, the relationship with ATTOMO was born, where we proposed to undertake improvements in different areas, one of them, Instagram. In the social network of the meta ecosystem we carry out a content strategy in which we publish an average of 3 times per week. 
 
Through these posts we show the product, as well as restaurants, events and plans of interest close to the geographic locations of the homes. We also act on LinkedIn, with a frequency of two posts per week.
 
Both social networks coincide in echoing the news that are published in the press about VIVLA, which are increasingly more. They also converge in the investment in paid media: we follow a marked process that consists of target analysis, a subsequent budget distribution and a final control of lead generation. In short, we trace the customer's journey from the moment he leaves his data until he acquires a part of a property.
 
On the other hand, in terms of CRO, we redesign the website and create forms and landings pages, always with the aim of increasing customer acquisition. Regarding SEO, we periodically search for the most requested keywords by potential clients and bid for them. Likewise, we do the same with the competition, always looking for a better positioning than theirs.

## A novel model in the Spanish market for purchasing a portion of a luxury home
 
VIVLA was born to reinvent the real estate industry, specifically the property sector. An innovative way to acquire an exclusive second home at a price proportional to the time you spend in it.
 
With VIVLA you acquire the entire property for one eighth, which entitles you to enjoy the house for a maximum of 42 nights per portion (you can acquire up to 4/8). You are also guaranteed to stay for two weeks during the high season, and you can book up to 24 months in advance.

**Why and why did you choose to work with ATTOMO?**
 
When we arrived, they had a single profile with which they reported all the parties and events of their clubs, this complicated communication and made the venues unidentifiable. So we decided to create separate accounts on social networks.
 
At first we were assigned 4 venues, Muy Bendito, La Que Se Lía, La Que Faltaba and Marusha, for which we devised a brand image, associated with the characteristic colors of each of them.
 
ATTOMO was 100% in charge of the content generation, designing the flyers for the parties and sending the photographers to create the posts after a rigorous filtering and editing of the best photographs.
 
Our work was more than satisfactory for the chain, positively impacting their income to the point of ordering a fifth location, for which we also designed their Instagram from scratch, including their logo.
